Valpolicella Classico: A fresh young wine whose bouquet recalls the typical fruits of the area: cherries, Morello cherries and plums.
The grapes are delicately crushed and left to macerate in their skins for almost two weeks. The floral and fruity notes intensify during the fermentation phase.

Ideal with a full meal any day of the week. Is not too overbearing when drunk with a quick lunchtime meal. Provocative but worth trying with eels and oily fish. Unrivalled with pizza.
