Recioto: A sweet wine in every sense, sensory and evocative.
The grapes gathered in cases are left to mature in order to develop more sugar and enhance the aromas. They are then crushed and slowly fermented. Finally, the wine is stored in Slavonian oak barrels for six months and aged for another two months.

A wonderful dessert wine that goes well with typical sweets from Verona such as pandoro, panettone and shortcrust pastry. Also goes well with soft, flavoursome cheeses such as gorgonzola. It is advisable to uncork the bottle at least an hour before serving.
