A sophisticated and modern wine. Although it does not comply with the regulations it is nonetheless produced using native grapes.
The grapes undergo sub-ripening on the vine and for this reason the wine is only produced in very favourable years. Following crushing, the wine is fermented in tonneaux for 16 months and aged in the bottle for at least a couple of months.
My name is Beatrix but everyone calls me Bea. I don’t like fashionable places like Denise. I don’t like playing a part, I want to feel free and experience extremes so I get that shiver down my spine. Nobody can deny me this!
This innovative, harmonious, full-bodied wine with unique qualities and the rustic flavour of our valleys goes beautifully with red meat dishes, roasts, mixed grills and game, as well as very mature cheeses. It is advisable to uncork the bottle at least an hour before serving.
